I can't access my regions

You unlocked regions, region bundles or the Complete Package and cannot access them anymore?

All regions you unlock are connected to the Profile you used when buying them. To access them, you therefore need to log into the app and on our website with the same email-address you used when purchasing them.

In case you forgot your password, you can request a new one under https://www.komoot.com/login/password/. You can change this password to one of your choice in your settings, found under: https://www.komoot.com/account.
