komoot App does not start / black screen (Galaxy S3 Mini a.o. devices)

Your komoot app does not start - you see a black screen?

There currently is a problem with a library we are using, that causes this crash on your device. We have to wait for that to be fixed externally, before the problem an be solved. Please deinstall the current app version you are using and download an older version here. (please click the here to be forwarded).

Then deactivate the automated updates for komoot in the Play Store. We cannot give you a definite estimate on when the problem will be solved at the moment, unfortunately.
