Hi,

you can already import or export GPX-Files.

To upload them, go here: http://www.komoot.de/upload/

Imported files saved as “Planned Tours” can be edited and used as offline Tours with voice navigation on the app. Imported files saved as “Recorded Tours” will appear in your Profile among your completed Tours. You can save them under a date of your choice and add photos and Highlights to the,

You’ll find the download of GPX-Files on our website right below the map of the tour.

Daniela

    Hello,
I'm a new user, coming from 'Oruxmaps', which I really like, but I agree that komoot is also very nice!..:)
So, the question: is there any planning for 'auto export' of the route or faster importing from a gps file to kommot? The website idea is nice, but takes time. I mean it's easier to have your routes in google drive and just tap them, so they'll get imported automatically.

If you are planning to do it, it would be nice to know. If not, I consider it much important.

es wäre schön wenn man externe GPX-Dateien importieren könnte OHNE dass sie gemäss bekanntem Komoot-Wegenetz verändert würden, aber dennoch als offline Referenz verfügbar wären

I can import files/routes, but will voice guidance be available for the imported routes in the future?

    Cheers,
    Joachim
